LOCATION & ACCESS

WHERE IS STÜCK LOCATED?

→ STÜCK is based in East London, Zone 2. The exact location is shared only with approved members to protect the privacy and comfort of the community.

IS YOUR SPACE ACCESSIBLE?

→ We’ve made every effort to make the space welcoming to everyone. There is a ramp at the entrance and an accessible bathroom on the ground floor.
The first floor is currently not wheelchair accessible due to ongoing building works. These improvements are planned for completion in 2026.

CAN I VIEW THE SPACE BEFORE JOINING?

→ We do not offer private viewings.
STÜCK is a members’ space designed around discretion and comfort.
From time to time, we host community events where non-members can visit the ground floor and experience the atmosphere of the club. The rest of the space remains reserved for members.

CAN I TRUST THIS? IT FEELS A LITTLE MYSTERIOUS.

→ That’s intentional.
STÜCK is a private members’ space built around trust, respect, and shared values. The experience is shaped carefully and we prioritise the privacy of our members.
Those who feel aligned with the ethos tend to understand the space very quickly.

IS SAFETY ADDRESSED IN THE SPACE?

→ Safety isn’t a feature. It’s the foundation. STÜCK is built around a culture of respect, personal responsibility, and community care. Creating a calm, safe environment is foundational to everything we do.

MEMBERSHIP

I DON’T LIVE IN LONDON. CAN I STILL JOIN?

→ Yes.
Many of our members travel regularly. If London is part of your life, STÜCK can be your place in the city whenever you are here.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Founding Membership

Annual Membership
→ £450 per year
Monthly Membership
→ £45 per month (3-month minimum)

Regular Pricing
Annual Membership
→ £800 per year
Monthly Membership
→ £80 per month (3-month minimum)

IS THERE A WAY TO TRY THE CLUB BEFORE COMMITTING?

→ We don’t offer trials.
However, monthly memberships are available for those who prefer a shorter commitment.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I APPLY?

→ Applications are reviewed carefully by the membership team.
STÜCK is a curated community and we review each application with care. If your application aligns with the club’s ethos, we’ll contact you with the next steps.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN APPLICATION TO BE REVIEWED?

→ Applications are reviewed in batches. Because we receive a high number of submissions, this process may take some time. We appreciate your patience.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

→ Monthly memberships can be cancelled after the initial three-month commitment.
If you wish to return in the future, you are very welcome to reapply subject to availability.

COMMUNITY

CAN I BRING GUESTS?

→ Yes.
Monthly members may bring one guest during daytime access.
Annual members may bring one guest with full access.
This applies to regular club days and standard programming. Certain special events may have separate ticketing or guest policies.

HOW OFTEN CAN I USE THE SPACE?

→ Members are welcome to use STÜCK as often as they like within opening hours.

CAN I VOUCH FOR FRIENDS TO BECOME MEMBERS?

→ Yes, and we encourage thoughtful referrals.
Members can invite friends to apply. Referrals are taken seriously, though all applicants still go through the full review process.

CAN I VISIT AS A GUEST?

→ Guests are welcome when accompanied by an active member. Visits must be registered in advance, and some areas or events may remain member-only.
